Sometimes it may take longer than expected to complete a given project. Engineers Base Consultants has a right to ask the client to give a reasonable deadline extension to the engineer in charge of the project.
Your project has multiple technical errors and does not follow the requirements stipulated in the order description. Our QA department will evaluate your concerns about the project and if validated, a refund will be given.
You do not qualify for a refund if you decide to withdraw an order that is in progress, presents unsubstantiated claims or have already received project drafts from the team in charge of your project.
Without prejudice to Engineers Base Consultants other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Engineers Base Consultants may take such action as EngineersBase.com deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
