Finally I am a charetered engineer. I am very greatful for your effort in ensuring that my evidence statements fully met the CPEng assessment requirements. In addition, the 3 narratives that you prepared to support competency elements 1, 8 and 11 were also accepted as satisfactory evidence.
I will retain my EA client account on your portal because I am planning to apply for NER in the next few months.

My challenge now is to maintain the Chartered status. The 150 hrs/3-year CPD requirement by EA is tricky. Any advice?

Thank you for the positive review. The NER process was updated. It is now known as NER Direct. The documents needed are Expanded CV, Self-Assessment and CPD (Optional). I liked their services 100%. Very professional and cooperative. I was referred to EngineersBase.com from Expat forum and decided to give them a try. Since I was preparing to migrate to Australia, I was required to submit a Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) for approval by EA. Initially, I had decided to write the CDR myself, but after reading the MSA booklet I was little concerned, since I had limited knowledge in the whole process.
In the end I hired Engineers Base Consultants to assist me and I never regretted it. I got my CDR approved by EA in March this year (2020). I have recommended several friends and all have received a positive EA outcome. The only challenge I came across was delayed delivery of my CDR by one week. However, I understood that quality needed to be the priority. I think this is one aspect that they need to improve.

I am happy that you guys were able to correct the mess I was in. When EA rejected my 3 career episodes and requested for new ones, I was not sure that I could finally get a positive outcome. I regret not coming to you the first time because I hired some company that did a very shoddy job. However, what matters is that my new CEs that you prepared have been accepted by EA.

I will be moving to Australia by the end of the year. I will start the chartered engineer application with you as soon as I hit the required 5 years of experience. Actually, I just need to add 1 year and 3 more months from now to meet that requirement.
